Are you licensed?

Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes! Owners’ rental proceeds are deposited directly into their bank account between the 15th-18th of every month. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
We sign the lease agreement as the authorized representative for all owners. We can furnish a copy of the signed lease agreement upon request. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes. -
How is rent collection handled?
We collect rent both manually or electronically. Most tenants prefer the ease of paying electronically through the Renter’s portal rather than bringing their payment to our office. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Typically we offer 12 month leases and try to get all of them cycled through the summer months. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposits vary from property to property based on their monthly rental rate. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We take on new clients throughout the year! -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties whether they are in town or in surrounding rural areas. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
The security deposit is held with Southwest Properties in an escrow account.
